C5 X7_unknown/strange sound under the hood "UPDATE-FIXED"

Need Help!
C5 2.0HDi 120kW, Automatic, 09/2012., 175000km
a sound similar to a small electric motor at full speed, coming around the place marked with yellow circle, when I press the hose marked with a red circle for one second, the sound stops and is not repeated until the car has been driven again.
I was on electronic diagnosis from an authorized Citroen service, they could not find any error, and they told me that they will need to put the car on a detailed examination of 2-3 days.
Does anyone might know about what it might be, since I do not have great confidence in this service, for a reason!

It looks like that is above the camshaft belt and near where the timing chain would be inside. Where you have circled is simply the engine electrical harness and the injector harness, so hard to see how this could make a 'motorised noise'. Hopefully somebody with this engine can give you a few pointers.
