Top-up or not?
Did the oil change and confirmed that level was close to the max on the dipstick gauge. Checked oil level with Diagbox and reported 85% (90% with oil filter). Leave it or top-up?

Personally - I would leave it - If you have physically measured / seen the oil level on a flat surface, I would leave it to prevent the risk of over-filling. I would just keep an eye on it and measure it a couple more times for peace of mind though.
