i have here a silver xm estate car with the early prv engine.
It requires a gearbox,Good news have one here that i purchased and have stripped,cleaned,and checked over before being rebuilt.I also have a re con torque converter bought and here.Its now fit to the checked gearbox.
So if you are brave and fancy a project call me.Cars been here now for 4 months and im not sure if or when i can get on with the job.The cars to good to scrap and worth the effort to mend.Its an estate car not the hatchback version with toys.

If it's not rusty Alasdair, this is one VERY desirable XM. A V6 PRV estate is very magical and very useful. The PRV sounds absolutely gorgeous!

You might already know from other posts.. Check the under body throughly and I MEAN thoroughly.. Even later cars are not imune to rot.. And dont just look! Prod. Ive had a couple now where they look good and the underseal is fine but found the metal behind it has completely rotted away..

Prv are very audioable and nice deep too from the 90deg design and not 60 deg..
