407 strut tops

hi all
I need to change the front shocks on my 407 2.0 hdi 135 and while Im at it I want to change the strut top mounts/bearings, looking at various web sites it appears there are two rim sizes 16mm or 17mm now being a newbie to Peugeot and this site is there a way of measuring to find out which I have before dismantling the car.I like to get all the parts ready before I start. thanks

PSA Servicebox should ( ! ) show the correct one to use if you supply it with your VIN and vehicle specifics.

Tip: Change language to English first as it can jump around a bit sometimes.

I had a quick look, I chose 4 door saloon, engine type 2.0 Hdi 138 (there is quite an engine choice) , it did list two (I chose standard not variable suspension) for this however the difference appears to be based on wheel size:

Item 4. It seems its based on if you have 16 or 17 inch wheels... I'm hoping this is a little bit of help for the moment.
