C3 clutch querie.

Hi all just a question really since i purchased my C3 I've had no problems with the clutch and i still don't. I was just wondering if anyone else who has the C3 can advise me to whether the clutch biting point is at the top of releasing the pedal? as mine is. Is this normal for the C3 or not? Thanks for reading and your replies in advance.
