2006 CITROEN C3 1.4 PETROL SENSODRIVE MISFIRE/WON'T REV PROPERLY

Hi all.

As the title suggests I have a 2006 c3 sensodrive with the 1.4 petrol engine, it drives fine above 2000 rpm but when pulling away or revved hard when stationary it coughs and splutters then picks up, sometimes backfires! occasionally struggles to idle but hasn't actually cut out yet.

I've plugged it in but it's showing no codes & no sign of the EML illuminating, the symptoms are similar to a failing map sensor, which I've replaced and it's made no difference at all, I've also fitted a coil pack which again has made no difference.

I took the plugs out and they were soaked in fuel so it appears to be running rich.

Any suggestions of what to try next?

Can you access the live data of both the oxygen sensors & the coolant temp sensor ? What are the readings doing at idle when the engine is warm ?
