Peugeot 205 GTI wheel ach alignment

I'm looking at fitting my standard body 205 with GTI wheel arches.
I have a complete set of arches and matching bumpers. I appreciate how much hacking ill have to do to make them fit

Im unsure of exactly where the arches align up against the doors inner frame and on the door. Should they sit flush with either wing, door or quarter panel, or is there an offset? Examining pictures seems to indicate both.

Please could one of you lot with genuine Gti's kindly measure the offset between the end of trim/arch and the end of the quarter panel/wing/door. Or ideally, if anyone could measure the dividing gap between each section arch/trim

We have a genuine 205gti, but it is not here at the moment, it's still away getting a bit (read a lot) of restoration so I'm afraid I can't do any measuring. May I suggest if you are on Facebook to have a look on the peugeot 205 owners club page on there. They are a mine of information on there.
