I have assumed that you are using the Saxo dashboard switches and A/C blower controller (things can be simplified further if you are not).
8007 is the A/C pressure switch, I have shown only the compressor cutoff contacts connected, the other set of contacts, should really bring on the cooling fan.
8015 is still the compressor cutoff relay (in case of engine overheating) The sense of the wiring to the relay coil will depend on the overheat sensor on the AX.

[edit] To clarify, there should be 3 interconnections between the A/C system and the AX cooling system:

1. The AX overheat sensor should cut off the A/C compressor
2. The A/C compressor enable signal should bring on the cooling fan
3. The A/C pressure switch (second contacts) should bring on the cooling fan (not shown in the diagram in this post).

Thank you for the reply. will pin 1 and 2 work when 3 and 4 is blanked on the pressure switch.

Yes, the 2 parts of the pressure switch are electrically independent, pins 1 and 2 are for compressor cut-off and pins 3 and 4 are for fan control.

The Saxo wiring diagram does not really show how the fan speed is controlled.

The fan 8070 is shown having an electronic controller, but the switch 8067 just seems to have 2 positions with no speed control. Do you know how the fan speed is controlled on a Saxo or Berlingo?

Fan speed of the blower or fan speed of the radiator cooling fan?

Blower its manual by resistor

Fan itself is controlled by relay but only high speed. I just add a second fan incase its not.going to.work this wiring.

How to bypass the overheat switch? I dont have one on this car.

So I assume I can leave overheat switch away if I use a second fan for the A/C only?

So I found a diagram out of a Haynes Berlingo book. Is this the same?

I can't really read those. I did however find a set of AX wiring diagrams here: http://on.no-ip.biz/car_catalog/ax5/index.html, including the wiring for the A/C system.

It looks like the AX does have an over temperature switch (item 855 on diagram IV), but it only triggers the warning light, it is not connected to the A/C system. So there is a precedent for keeping it simple.

That is what I thought leave the extra things away.

Got it translated as I speak that language.

Ok I have the last part of the A/C just ago delivered. But, which pin is which? There are no numbers on the switch.

Usually, such switches will have two pins for illumination so if you have a 12v power source you should be able to work out which pins are the switching pins.
Alternatively, a continuity test will do as well.

Thanks for the reply,
The pin which the black pen is now in doesn't work regardless on or off position

Likely there will be
- Gnd
- Fascia/dash illumination +12 supply for the internal bulb/led
- a pair of contacts which 'make' when sw is pressed

Circuit diag will identify the sw and its connections.
As said, meter check will sort it.
