Got a 2000 sx model and when do full lock turns I get a strange clonking noise, sound horrible, had a quick look but can't see nothing that's causing it, anyone else had this ? Worried incase something brakes

Check for a broken coil spring on the front suspension, very common on the picasso.

It's not them they went last year, feels steering related

It's possible that the CV joint / driveshaft needs replacing if it's clunking on turning - more noticeable on full lock driving off. Best to get it on a ramp at your local garage to confirm.
