C5 Leaking strut?

Can someone please tell me how bad this is? i know its somewhat normal for a C5 to have damp struts, but as seen in this picture, its actually a 'drip' you can see where its running down, all the wheel arch is soaked in LDS fluid. looks in the engine bay its not coming from the top, and its not coming from the return, can only assume the strut seals are gone?

Are you sure the leak isn't from the return pipe near the point where it is pushed onto the steel pipe at the body. It is not normal for things to be that damp.
