Most likely cause is a stuck height corrector mechanism. Nothing a good clean and grease won't sort out - search the forums for previous experiences !
The other one is the linkage which goes from the anti-roll bar to the height corrector ( telling the corrector about the current load in the rear of the car ). This again is a simple fix - search the forums.
There are other more sinister causes, but these are the most common.
