Most likely cause is a stuck height corrector mechanism. Nothing a good clean and grease won't sort out - search the forums for previous experiences !
The other one is the linkage which goes from the anti-roll bar to the height corrector ( telling the corrector about the current load in the rear of the car ). This again is a simple fix - search the forums.
There are other more sinister causes, but these are the most common.

Isn't this a classic sign of the plastic linkage popping off?
Easy fix and the part is cheap.

could also be the rear height adjuster stuck in position take both rods off
and waggle free then grease but make sure of your safety as car drops real quick
