The Heater Control Panel Top Right controls cabin air distribution. Top left provides fresh air or recirculates. Behind these are a couple of cables which seem stuck or damaged.
Wisely the mechanic who will tackle what seems to be a pig of a job does not want to start it without replacement cables to hand.
As they seem rare bits to find would someone take the time to see if part numbers apply.
It would also be helpful if an illustration of how the heater matrix is connected through the firewall and what pipework exists on the other side. It strikes me that as the matrix is coming up to 21 I may as well replace it at the same time and as nothing exists to show how it was supplied all help is welcomed.
Thank You
