Engine for a Citroen Dispatch 1.6 HDi (9HU)

My engine in my Citroen Dispatch developed a problem. Its the 1.6 hdi with the engine code 9HU.
We thought it was a problem with the head / head gasket but its with the block itself with one off the piston liner's at the top blowing through to a water way.
So basically looking for another engine or just the bottom end (Block half).
Now my engine code is 9HU, but somebody has said the 9HZ bare engine will fit too. Is this right?
What is the main difference between the codes and what about 9HV and any others out there?
What about these engine that are in the Fords, could i use the bottom end of these? I think the heads may be different but the blocks are the same but not 100% sure?

Hi mike.. I suspect you mat be a step ahead of most of us with this one.. may be why no answers ..
I don't really know what to suggest
I had a similar question for the 2.0 rhh last month and didn't know how to find the answers .. in the end I bought a whole engine and replaced..
