how do i get the numbers off my radio so i can inoput the code to get it working again please help

Hi Christine,
What's your car model?
How many times have you put in incorrect code..?
I read something recently in my handbook about leaving the ignition on for three hours before trying again if you have reached a limit of three incorrect numbers: or wait for a really long drive [:-)] I would check for some more advice before trying this however.

I had to wait over 4 hrs before the - - - vanished and "code" came up again... [:I] once you enter the right code click on ^ on the square thing to 'lock' it in .... [:)]
