Xantia gearknob wanted

Hi,

I'm in need of a gear knob for my series 1 Xantia 1.9 diesel.

I've got an exclusive one somewhere but I can't find it.

I'd be interested in an exclusive one or a standard one.
Former Proud owner of a 1994 Citroen Xantia 1.9d and BX 19RD

Now driving an Alfa 159 but god I miss the Xantia!

Possibly got one, but cant promise. Im hoping to get to the farm this week before christmas...

Thanks. The old girl now has her seats and carpets back in so we're now driving a car not a builders van!

out of interest, How do they come off?? mine has started to crack and the top display keeps coming out, was one up the yard last time i went, be handy to know how to get it off! ;-)

Just yank it upwards is the common advice on here although i've not tried it myself [WINKING FACE]

Mine just pops out with a small bit of effort suprisingly, it looks the same as a mk1 saxo vtr one i aquired years ago so might not be original.

Later ones i think had a plastic sleeve over the gearstick that the knob slid onto

Spare knob here if required, just need to re varnish the exclusive one I have to fit!
