I think my head gasket is leaking, probably because I ignored a heater matrix leak for too long. Any real problems to look out for here with head removal..?
I have heard that you can remove the matrix without dash removal, if you remove the glove box compartment by drilling out the plastic rivets.
There is a screw which holds the heater pipes from the bulkhead into the heater and I want to put a hole in the front console so I can get at this with a long screwdriver. I can't see the head of this screw. Anyone know whether it is torx or phillips..?
