coolant hose 1343W9

Post by DublinChris »

Having difficulty getting this part and I need to change mine as it is going soft. Has anyone any pointers as to where I might pick one up? Its the big braided hose with the "weld" in the middle.
Part no 1343W9

HI Citrojim
It has been described to me like the Isle of Man flag - its 3 pipes in one with a "weld" in the middle. Its a big hose that runs through chassis. Basically what has happened is that from oil etc running down back of engine it has become soft - car now has 202000 miles up and is in daily use. Locally they are not available and the data base is showing it not available as a new part in UK either

This company might help, they have been on Citroens for many years and I know they bought the out of date parts stock from the local main dealer when he had a sell off.

Ahh yes, I now know the hose you mean...

It may help that it's shared by the 2.0TCT Activa. That may help extend your search...
