Torque settings injectors 1.6 HDI
Anyone knowing the torque settings for the two bolts holding the injector on a 1.6.HDI, 2004 407?

Im not sure of the actual torque off hand but it is in my option too low, i tend to tighten them with feel and care much tighter than they should be. Doing this i have had much success in avoiding blowing injectors on many 1.6 hdi's.

Injector clamp 5Nm + 65° but I guess Bick is just right

Go easy though.. the lower part of the clamp bolts are a stupidly small 8mm size thread diamiter.. ie too small and can snap easilly.. incidentally what is the clamp head bolt size? Is it a 7mm allen key size?
