Can rear spheres be used on the front? GSF don't have the fronts in stock..

The short answer is "No!", the pressure (spring rate) and valves (damping) will be all wrong.
Try AEP instead - next day delivery (IIRC free) of IFHS spheres anywhere in mainland Britain; I ordered mine late one afternoon, spheres delivered (Glasgow to Gloucestshire) before 10:30 next morning - perfect timing, I'd just loosened both rear corner spheres. About 2/3 GFS price for Xantia spheres.
