Dinatrol approved applicators have them.
I had my XM treated at http://www.rust.co.uk (they showed me the corresponding diagram) and I don't regret spending the money, but I didn't have the facilities to do a proper job myself.
I just looked at their page for self-applied treatments http://www.rust.co.uk/9d-how-to-wax-inj ... hicle/t23/ and they say that they will give you the diagram if you buy the product from them. Seems a fair deal to me.
