Saxo sunroof leak

Had a major sunroof leak on my Saxo VTR when I first got it. The sunroof was sealed shut and in a mess, so I replaced the sunroof completely with a used replacement. Used plenty of tiger seal. I also checked the sunroof drains, found that the passenger side one was being crushed by a bolt so have removed that bolt and the drainage tube seems clear.

I thought all was well, but its not. It still leaks a bit. Usually when its been raining I drive and on turning or braking it drips on the the passenger/passenger seat. The sponge pad in the middle where the winder mechanism is gets soaked.

I have removed the seal, cleaned it etc. Do not know where to go next. When I had a Rover 200 sunroof leak I cured that with ease. But this Saxo seems a right pain in the back side.

It's not the arial base leaking is it?

Nope, also sealed that aswell!

Is the sunroof rubber actually sealing?

I think so. Cant see any tears or holes in it etc.

If the drains are blocked it normally leaks all over the floor (like mine did!) And you know its not that. Unless its getting in under the plastic trim. Might have to take the rooflining out and get a hose on it
