Xantia/XM rear wiper

Anyone have a source for the offset wiper they fitted to the MK1 Xantias and the XM? Car is slowly looking tidier but the hackjob of my rear wiper to get it to sit flat looks horrendous now (and thats against the faded painless bootlid )


alternatively, anyone adapted a normal wiper to fit?

No, they've got a bit scarce now.

I've been in the habit of re-blading mine by sacrificing a normal one for the rubber and putting that in the old offset one..

wish the P/O had left me the old one it's got a normal wiper on, which never sat right. i cut a few slots out so the washer actually points properly, but it looks horrid.

can't find any sort of adaptors either

I did spot that one but wasn't entirely convinced by the image! Might see if he can unbox one and send a picture over. Either way it'll fit the front if its wrong

I just ordered one.
Google "citroen 6426kc" its got the right connector.
There's 5 pics on the listing too, box definitely says Xantia berline from '94.

It'll fit the front but it will be 30mm short, fronts are 500mm on passenger side.

Just an update.

Gave the genuine one a miss as whilst its likely it will be packed with the adaptor and was priced well, i found one on amazon that was the same as one i've spotted in the wild. Its a Valeo VM6, and the blade is hard fitted with the offset. Priced alright too, more than the citroen one but not bank breaking. Will upload pics shortly.

Also got this one much quicker, postage on that ebay one was nearly 2 weeks!
