Xsara picasso front springs

HI im new on forum but have couple of questions xsara picasso 2.0 hdi front springs just been replaced with kyb flexi k ones all ok on normal road but slams down coming off speed humps at relatively low speeds, it did not do this before on original worn springs.
Shocks replaced with gas monroe's 3 months ago.
Anyone know make of original springs fitted in factory and their rating.

One thing that can happen with Picassos, is that the damper inserts unwind if removed with a power tool, and the hydraulic strut is not held tight. Seen this happen a lot with some garages fitting them incorrectly.
If not then the top strut mount is the next place to look ,these could be worn out.
With what you have had changed, there isn't much left.

Thanks lighty i've got bolt nearest wing as you said and i didn't use my impact on piston i used ring spanner and allen key, top mounts looked ok because its not rattling or knocking just slamming down coming off speed humps like spring not good enough. I have already changed top mount bearing as well when i did shocks 3 months ago.

May of found problem with these kyb springs the coil is 40mm shorter at top where cup sits on thus putting it in wrong position causing it to sit higher and catch inner wing slightly when turning full lock found slight scratch marks on inner wing when i removed strut then compared where original strut should sit hope this helps someone else fitting lesjofors tomorrow will update if this is a definite fix.

Fitted lesjofors from gsf and this has cured problems suspension sitting at normal height no banging over speed humps so Kyb springs not suitable hopes this helps someone else.
