Peugeot 307 hdi 90 thermostat housing

On my Peugeot 307 hdi 90 the thermostat housing cap keeps weeping slightly, I have already changed the cover and thermostat and seal and it appears to last a couple of weeks the leaks again, anyone have any ideas what to do next?

If you have replaced both parts of the thermostat, could the problem be related to excessive pressure build up not being released by the coolant reservoir cap and the thermostat housing happens to be the weakest link?

I'm no expert mind, just a thought!
