Hi All'I am thinking about buying a 2004 model scenic 1.6 cheap but has a missfire,any thoughts on problem.

hi tonymike it could be plugs or coil packs best thing to do is have it plugged into a diagnostic machine

Just as a thought, could it be the de-phaser pulley? I'm assuming it's a VVT.
