Greetings all.. my 2008 C5 X7 is currently at 90,000km and i'm changing the timing belt and water pump.. any advise what else I should change along with it?
Also, i'll be buying the parts from from the local distributor .. are there any other parts that I should buy as well as part of the servicing process (eg. any engine gaskets etc..)?

My experience is with the earlier ES9J4, but the timing gear is fairly robust, and you probably won't need to change anything else.xavchow wrote:Its a 3.0l petrol. I think the es9a series

Re: Replace timing belt
Brake slave cylinder is one of those plastic jobbies and only £25 so worth changing while you have the battery/tray/trunking out.
