56 plate c5 headlights

hi, can anybody help, fitted a pair of new dipped h/light bulbs[xeon bulbs] n/side lasted 4 days, off side failed after a week, so bought two more, fitted them, but it seems no power to them help....

does anybody know if the dipped beam on the 56 plate c5 exclusive is fused ,and if so, where are they?

Likely to be on a fuse with a couple of other lighting bulbs. Go through the fuses with the ignition off looking for a break in the U part of the fuse. Don't believe what the handbook says or even the diagram on the back of the fuse box cover, they both lie. :(

I think they are fused in the underbonnet fuse box.
