Fuel pump fault?

Hi Guys

I think that I have a problem with fuel delivery. I have to check the fuel hoses on the engine to see if I have fuel flow, but if not, how can I test the fuel pump? Which fuse or relay is in charge of the pump working? This is to avoid taking it out of the fuel tank and testing it outside.

UPDATE

I checked the fuel hoses in the engine bay and there is no fuel flow. I have to check the fuel filter. I will let you know what I find.
