Hi all,
I'm new to the forum so firstly, hi!
Ive recently bought a Peugeot Partner Tepee 1.6hdi 90bhp (58 plate, 55,000 miles) a few weeks ago the engine management light came on and I got an 'anti pollution faulty' message.
I have a cheap OBD II reader and it pulled up the following codes:
P0104 - MAF circuit intermittent
P0100 - MAF circuit malfunction
P0401 - EGR flow insufficient
Ive removed the MAF and cleaned with electrical contact cleaner and used an EGR valve aerosol cleaner spray.
This has definitely improved the engine performance and it seems to be running a lot leaner (improved mpg) I reset the fault codes but then a week or so later I have had the same -
P0104 - MAF circuit intermittent
P0401 - EGR flow insufficient
I'm wondering if there is a loose connection on the MAF or the loom which would be causing the 'MAF circuit intermittent' fault and consequently the EGR flow fault.
Has anyone else had experience of this fault and got any advice on what my next move should be?
Thanks Andy

Re: 1.6hdi 90bhp 'Anti pollution faulty'
Replace the MAF with a working OEM quality one, the thing is not working or is intermittent. Cheap ones do not last.
