I have a 2009 Citroen C5 saloon with a fault on the passenger window. When using either the drivers side or passenger side window switch the window only comes down approx 2-3cm and no further it will then go back up using either switch.
I've tried the BSI reset which didn't change the fault. Has anyone else had this fault? I'm guessing it's likely to be the regulator but if there are any other solutions i'd like to know!

Maybe it just needs to be reinitialized? Did you have a bump or something during the drive and at the same time the windows was being operated?

No bumps or anything out of the ordinary. The car had just been started and was ticking over. I think i tried the initialization (10 seconds in up and down switch position?).
