Hi all still got the car , no issues for a time ... Issue is Where the hell can I get outer sills (driver side) (but would assume passenger side need doing soon ) ,

MOT advisory Outer sill starting to corrode .... I've looked at it today ,(been few weeks since mot) and I would say They are Knacked ..Need replacing. Not starting to corrode..

Where Can I get these apart from Stealer . Cars coming up to 200,000 is it worth doing cars ok apart from this.... (lots on net about rot from inside sill) but hard to locate part.

Depends, normally there is a lot of tin worm all over the inner jointed areas and inner panels, the subframe mounts as well.....normally I would say Shoot It.....but that depends on the extent of the rot/who does the work/cost....that said there will not be much change from a min of £300 with paint and you will likely see problems back after next winter as well.

Good cars of the type are £500-800
