So I can't sleep...I'm also bored so that leads me to pondering silly, improbable, inadvisable or downright bizarre ideas.
Like this one.
I like the looks of the Xantia rather a lot. However I far prefer the nose of the Mk I cars with the sharp angles rather than the more curved face of the Mk II cars.
Is it (donor parts permitting) possible to transplant from one to the other? If so, what would be involved? Guessing bumper, bonnet, headlights and indicators. Are the wings different?
Just a silly sundream project to be honest! But the sort of thing I sometimes ponder when bored!
So over to you...can it be done?

But you need to choose whether to also fit the narrow S1 wings which were fitted to 4 cylinder cars (except the TCT). TCT and V6 engined cars had the wider wings as used on all S2.
That should occupy your mind for another sleepless night
