If you are trying to borrow things for this car, can I ask why you have it on EBay for sale close tomorrow ?
Just wondering.....and please forgive me if I am being overly "street-smart"

here is the one i bought,

although i dealt direct with them directly over the phone, also had the 6.35 die set included for a small extra charge,
this company are based in Coventry, likewise the manufacturer of this kit also
Wrights are an excellent company to deal with

Re: citroen pipe flaring tool
i dont realy want buy new flare tool for 200 then use it for 2days and then left it laying on the shelf because probably i will never need it again. as i have 25metres reel of pipe so will change as much as poss in one go...
Re: citroen pipe flaring tool
I'm sure I've seen somewhere on FCF that the Xantia has some special or metric pipe ends, so I'd research this to make sure any tool you get can do what you want.
I hope Citronut or the Karate Kid will be along with any pertinent details

I think that's a cue to change my username MartinXantidote wrote: I hope Citronut or the Karate Kid will be along with any pertinent details
As far as I know, the special metric flares are only on the front brake lines between the ABS block and the front brake flexi hoses.....
Everything at the rear is all standard Citroen flares on 3.5mm pipe and a little bit of 4.5mm pipe..
I should say that if you bought one then the chances are you could sell it on here when you are done for a reasonable sum...ActivaV6 wrote:i dont realy want buy new flare tool for 200 then use it for 2days and then left it laying on the shelf because probably i will never need it again. as i have 25metres reel of pipe so will change as much as poss in one go...
