That is a good idea :-D

Many years ago, and I'm going back perhaps 35 years, they tried that on a commercial basis in Milton Keynes. Renting a workshop bay equipped with tools and ramp. I think it was called the 'OK Garage' Possibly a bad choice of name in hindsight...

Sadly it never really prospered....

Hope theirs does...

I'd love something like this near here. I've had the Golf Coupe up on ramps and been lying under it 4 times now (just crawled out from fitting a new undertray) and I'm getting too old for all this crap.

Also having looked around their Facebook page I found pictures of Ramp It Up's customers, and one of them has a Citroen AX VTS

Here is the information on it.............

this was tried in Bexhill maybe 15 to 20 years back, in what was the old Caffyns workshop next tpo the train station,
that also didn't last long,

you could rent the use of a ramp/space then for an extra charge assistance from a qualified mechanic

But compared to the last 20years BC there are lots of empty units about these days at old industrial estates at cheap rent compared to the last 20years (BC= Before Crash).

And possibly more people looking for cheaper ways of fixing get their cars too maybe?
