FakeConcern's XM

Post by Fake Concern »

As I have recently acquired an XM V6 12v Exclusive, I thought it would be rude not to start a new thread, so this is it!

Nothing at all as far as I know...

It's a 90 degree V6 and was extensively used in many Pugs, Renaults and Volvos, not to mention the DeLorean...

I was teasing Jim because he is rather a fan of the es9 engine and I thought that he might be under the impression that your car has one.

The PRV engine was apparently designed as a very good 4 litre V8, but had 2 cylinders amputated for economy, rather spoiling the dynamic balance.

I still have it, check my other thread http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/v ... &start=135

Thank you everyone for all the positive comments, I have to say I am very pleased with it. The engine may not be the one everyone wants, but still a V6 & nice & smooth.
