2005 Dispatch

Hi all, first post, so here goes!

I have a 2005 dispatch 1.9d (non turbo), and have some issues recently crop up:

1. Remote locking stopped working, changed battery in fob, still nothing?
2. Fuel gauge is permanently on half full no matter how much fuel in tank, I have to rely on reserve light to refill?
3. Just recently when letting clutch up van is jerking (hot and cold) until clutch is fully up, does this mean clutch needs changing?
4. Gear stick is sloppy (lots of movement), no problems selecting or jumping out?

Any advice on any subject would be appreciated, I have searched the net high and low for a manual but no joy. I was thinking of changing it but only 79k and great body so I would like to keep it a while!
