Look V-Good mate but a bit "overkill" @£30 notes ?

I have a COB one as a security lamp (auto) and it works very well...been out for a year no problems

If you're considering one, check that it has an adequate heatsink.
These COB arrays generate quite a lot of heat, which will significantly shorten their lives if not dissipated efficiently.

well i went and purchased a cheapish one just to see what they are like

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181642011075? ... EBIDX%3AIT" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

well it looked cheap when i clicked buy it now and had not noticed it had carriage to add #-o :roll: :wink:

WOW
it certainly is bright, unlike slandered LED's being next to useless in day/sun light, this COB one even lights an engine bay bonnet with the bonnet up and facing sun light ,

just need to see how it fares in time
