2.0hdi Berlingo 3rd gear squeak?

Here's an unusual one... I have noticed a squeak sound when I am accelerating and just change into third gear and lift the clutch as it takes up drive. No other obvious symptoms at all. Car has done 88k (2005) & I suspect its the original clutch as nothing about a clutch change in the FSH. It's not especially loud and it isn't like the DMF squeak I had on the previous Peugout 307. Has anyone had anything similar?

I get an occasional squeak from my 406 when letting the clutch in, I was told that the clutch was on its way out, I have done 45k miles since and its no worse, the car has now done 232k and I believe still has the original clutch and DMF.

Much my thinking, an early indication but if you can get 45k after it begun to squeak - then I'd be happy with half of that!
