Hi Folk,

Has anybody had any experience of using this crowd at all as I ordered a rear light unit for the passenger side of my C5 on Monday 26th and during the order and delivery process was led to believe I was getting a next day delivery at £5.99 but it never arrived on Tuesday and on phoning on Wednesday, what passes for customer service, was told that the item wasn't available for next day delivery and the £5.99 was the charge for an oversize/fragile item ... this again is explained nowhere during the process.

I phoned again on Thursday to be told the courier had tried to deliver it but nobody was in, there was somebody in all day, it still hadn't arrived today and I phoned at 16:40 to be told it's been delivered... not to be it hasn't, so they said they'd contact depot to find out where it had gone and get back to me but there was no phone call and they're customer service line is now closed to Monday..... it looks like I'm lucky if I'll get thus before the middle of next week, 9-10 days after placing my order.. it's my first time using them and it's going to be my last...

Used them quite a few times but only for service items, usually arrives within 48hrs postage free.

I ordered spheres for next day, contacted them end of the next day to say theyre out of stock! Got my posrage refunded though, and arrived the following monday, 5 days after ordering

I couldn't even get a refund on my postage or an acknowledgment I was meant to get next day delivery I just kept getting hold on the phone they don't do next day delivery on lights

CPFL is actually EuroCarParts and does not enjoy the very best reputation, unless you really want the wrong bits delivering.

Hi Myglaren I was actually starting to wonder that about these two as they use the same layout and ordering process and apart from different colours could be the same website .... My rear light unit arrived today around 10:30 which is odd as it was meant to have been already delivered to somewhere and nobody could sort it out to Monday .... I ordered a MAF Sensor from Euro Car Parts on Wednesday at 2pm and it arrived on Thursday at about 5pm, some difference in delivery for the same company

They dropped a bollock, they were probably gonna pull that it was delivered to the wrong address/damaged in transit and they would redeliver it when infact it hadn't been shipped yet
