Xantia power steering rack leeking

Xantia power steering rack leeking
Hi everyone. I need help. One of the high pressure pipes of the power steering rack has started leaking. When I turn the wheel on to the left one of the pipes are leaking. How should I fix it.

Is it leaking from the union or has the pipe rotted? Tried nipping it up gently?

Its leaking from the union between the 12mm bolt and the pipe. The pipe is good.
