incorrect front height

I am new member of this board and my english in not wll so I apologized for this defect.
My problem occured after I bring my xantia 96 to check 90000 km interval and replace rear arm bearing. At the garage , the mechanic said that my front strut gaiter and front corrector were defected so I told him to replace new front strut gaiter and fixed front height corrector. After that when I park my car overnight or longer than 4 hr. When I start it front height will go to max. position and will not go down by itself. I must change car position from normal to max. and max. to normal several times , usually around 10-15 min,so front height return to normal position.I bring my car back to garage. He said that it may caused by inproper setting operating rod that manage corrector and fix it but it help nothing. So please help me manage this problem. What should be the cause and which part should I check. And if the cause is that operating rod. Why it occur only after long parking.
