[96 Synergie] My radio turns off and on with my wiper switch

I have a few electrical strangenesses with my radio:

- When I switch my back wiper on and then *off* (or when it reaches its return position if I don't turn it off) the radio *always* turns off and on
- When I use the roof-mounted switches for my backmost windows the radio *always* turns off and on
- When I use the side switches for my backmost windows the radio *never * turns off and on
- When I switch my front wipers on the radio *sometimes* turns off and then back on

The battery is fine, and the alternator is charging at 14.4 volts. The strange part is the back wiper being the problem when turning off, not on

Any ideas what's going on here?

Is it the standard radio? Has the power wire to the stereo been patched from somewhere else? No other thoughts really.

It's an aftermarket stereo, but no the wires haven't been adjusted in any way

Pull the fuzes and see which one cures it....try radio 1st then ..rear wiprs etc
