Open tailgate and depending which one remove cover, if it is cluster on rear wing unscrew wing type nut by hand and take off,remember to disconnect wiring and replace.
if tailgate remove cover then there is the plastic protection against moisture,unscrew offending cluster,disconnect wiring and replace. The BOL is accurate with its description and has photos.

Thanks, I take it this is the infamous plastic membrane that causes the pesky leaks if its not sealed up again properly? Does it peel away or is better to cut?
