53 plate xsara picasso hor not working

i plugged my DIS-LEXIA up this car and in parameters is says "horn not activated"
there is a fault code of P1351

how do i reactivate the honker ?????

P1351 is related to the glow plugs Malcolm..

Did you get it started Malcolm?

I suspect that what it is reporting is the status of the horn push on the steering wheel - if you press the button it should change to 'activated'. If it doesn't then the push or the COM2000 is suspect, if it does, and the horn still doesn't work, then either the BSI, the underbonnet fuse box, or the horn itself it faulty. Working out which....

dont take a lot

im sure i had the code for the horn not functioning on my phone but obviously not, all i have for the horn fault is

"PERMANENT FAULT
LIGHTING CONTROL INCOHERENCE"

apparently on taking this car to the MOT the horn did not work hence the failure, on its return to were the owner lives the horn worked again, on taking it to my workshop it does not work again
