I'll stick with mine, thanks...

These "new" C4s are noticeably more modern and a fresher design inside, however for me the "original" C4 Coupe shape is hard to beat...

Original coupe is oh so Citroen...this could be any other car on the road IMO...

As Soooo many cars are look-a-likes of each other, does that not show that is exactly what people want ?
Also Engines/boxes from a couple of suppliers etc etc all go to homogenize everybody's designs and the cars capabilities.

Only thing people want to know now is how many phones a car can connect to and what sat nav is in it !

We here however, buy Citroen, so by definition we are NOT NORMAL !...I think Citroen hope to meet another type person these days not us

It kind of does, but you also have to take into account the fact that (most) people want fuel efficiency, so there's a need for an aerodynamic shape and also the strict safety regulations and ratings, which also dictate a similar shape. These are valid reasons IMO for most cars looking basically the same.

First thing I thought was that it looks like a Dodge Caliber.

I'd be most interested though in how it drives and how it rides given the ever growing trend these days to cars having zero suspension compliance. As someone with a duff back that's a trend I can do without!

Oh...you can keep your touchscreen controls for your heaters too...prefer something I don't need to look at to operate thanks...

...think I'll stick with my Xantia thanks...
