rear door panel removal? C5

Post by nod »

Hi,
Somebody kindly bumped into the rear offside door in the super market car park & drove away, the paint is not scratched but they hit it right in the middle of the door and put a large dent in it, I think maybe if I'm lucky I could push it out from the inside?? How do I take off the inside trim? 2004 C5

Don't do that.. buy a cheap dent removal kit from eBay for a tenner or so and pull it out from the outside. Worked a treat for a couple of dents on my Berlingo. The kit is basically a glue gun, some glue and a metal thing with a few sucker pads and a central one which sticks in the dent with the glue, you let it dry and then screw it out and it pulls the dent out.

This is exactly what I bought and it works a treat.
