Re: Hi Again..Long Time No see

The three parts labelled 2 and 3 are the gear linkage rods, the ends of which have rubber bushes in them, the rubber bushes wear out over time and the gearstick becomes floppier.

On that thread you can see metal replacements, so the rubber bush is gone. I fitted these to my 306 because one of my rubber bushes failed completly and I could only select 3rd and 4th gear - a 35 mile journey home from uni with only those two gears was interesting.
I found these metal linkages were better than my older linkages (before the failed) but they were noisy until I popped some grease into the cups. They have since ovalled quite badly so I can't say I recommend them personally. New OEM replacements would sort you out I'd imagine.

Looks like new OEM linkages are around £15 each, so £45-50 in total for all three. Or there are all three metal linkages here for £20:

I had item 2 fail on Gracie, and it has a rubber outer bush, with a nylon bush and metal cup within. It was the rubber bush that failed. You can get item 3 from GSF, but part 2 appears to be only available from a dealership. Page 7 of this post;

Mind you, they are almost certainly not the same as that on a Saxo.
