Jim,

A little while back, I had problem with the reheater and it started to make the bulkhead sound deadening material glow orange  . I thought the bulk head was going to go on fire  . But managed to put it out. Since then the heaing has not performed as well as it should. I'm wondering if there is something i've missed in the wiring ie something which maybe burnt out.

I have a spare hose assembly from Paul to fit if necessary.

I looked to replace the glow plug type heaters in the reheater but they are no longer available

Hence the reason for wring diagram

Ahh right, that type of heater! I was thinking you meant the Eberspacher..

I'll have to see what I have Kenny.

Re: Wiring diagram for water reheater - solved

A quick update, problem would appeared to have been solved.

Replaced matrix piping as a very small leak was coming from water preheater. But I found I had misread the water levels in the expansion tank.

When I have been checking the coolant level I saw water at the bottom of the tank but didn't top it up #-o . As a result of the change of pipes I was required to remove coolant to find it was low. This would explain the heating problem, air in the system.

Lesson learnt, so message is simple check correctly.
