Electric seat memory for Xantia

Hi Guys
The first car I ever saw with electric seats was a BMW 7 series and apart from the infinite adjustment available the thing that impressed the most was the fact that there were 3 memory settings available. I was quite surprised to find that my Xantia exclusive didn't have this feature when I first got it, it never occurred to me that electric seats would be available without memory.
I'm nervously facing the prospect of my wife using my HDI exclusive occasionally so a memory for the seats would be very useful (and some parking aids come to that).
I've had a bit of a Google to see if anything aftermarket is available and found nothing so far, so the question is, has anyone done this or would it be possible?
Also I'm lately having a desire for a C5 or 6, which I'm trying hard to resist, but do any of these have memory seats?

Hi Paul,

Indeed, having no memory is a disappointment. I find that if the settings you've taken so long to perfect just for you are changed then getting them back and finding the 'sweetspot' again can be really tricky and irritating...

I'd be amazed if the C5 and especially the C6 did not have memories on the seats...

Both the C6 (from memory) and the C5 X7 have memory electric seats

I think it may have been introduced in the Mk2.

I gave it a quick look in the Service Documentation, the X7 C5's are the first to have seat memory ...

Nothing's impossible, but adding aftermarket memory would be difficult to say the least, as there's no position feedback mechanism.
You'd have to somehow arrange a sensor for each adjustment, which would be an intersting task...
