The ground is ok back end not going up not even when I put it on high setting its t reg hdi exclusive

Have you put the back on stands and checked the "dogbone"? It would be my first suspicion.

I had a new one put one thus year I think when that happend t went up then slowly went down thus time theres seem to be no movement

It's probably broken or come off. Get it on stands and have a look. Anything else is simply guessing.

Are you saying that you've fitted another new one as the old one had broken like the previous one (in which case why did it break?), or are you saying that the dogbone had just come off the small metal ball on the link to the anti-roll bar (in which case, maybe the steel ball itself has rusted a bit over the years, so that the plastic cup no longer fits tightly over the ball)
